2025 Vintage En Primeur
2025, a fusion of sun and terroir, a connection between an endless learning process and an obvious choice for blending.
Guided by taste and shaped by both long-term experience and daily work in the field, this vintage is emerging as the new reference at Quintus.
The continuous learning of an extraordinary terroir
Quintus was born from a contemporary act of creation, now 15 years ago. The estate is a mosaic of historic and renowned vineyards. For the past 15 years, the teams have been learning from this terroir, refining their practices and constantly improving. This work proved especially meaningful in 2025, a year of intense drought, when Quintus’ remarkable terroirs delivered fruit of extraordinary quality.
Blending, the creative inspiration of Quintus
Blending lies at the heart of the work at Quintus. Bringing together parcels, terroirs, wines… it is a true creative inspiration. This year, new parcel combinations were explored with great success. Crafting Quintus wines is a continuous learning process, where curiosity, precision, and the ability to explore new paths, always with respect for the terroir, are essential.
2025, balance born of evident harmony
The 2025 vintage emerged with a sense of clarity. That of the blend, where Quintus’ signature structure comes through with precision. While the balance differs slightly from other years, the wine’s core identity remains: its mineral backbone, its velvety texture, its vibrant fruit. The 2025 vintage undeniably sets a new benchmark for Quintus.
A sun-filled year that delivered dense, fresh and intense fruit.
In a vintage shaped by heat, our collective expertise adapted throughout the season.
A deep understanding of our land and its vines, resilient thanks to the care they received, enabled us to harvest small grapes that bore tremendous potential.
Château Quintus
A deep, gleaming purple colour. Absolutely charming, the nose reveals a powerful aroma of blackcurrant, along with spicy notes. The first taste shows tremendous fineness, full of generosity. The wine develops, broad and tactile, covering the palate with its fruity, fresh concentration. The mineral structure, so characteristic of Saint-Émilion’s great terroirs, is revealed and brings us to an exquisite, almost saline, finish. What balance, what depth and what freshness all the way through the tasting of this wine!
This Quintus is an accomplished, impressive wine, in which the terroir is indisputably enhanced by the skill of the blend.

Le Dragon de Quintus
The colour of this Dragon is a deep, intense red. The nose opens with floral notes of Cabernet, with hints of peony. Crushed red fruits from the Merlot complete this fresh, lively first impression, enhanced by a light touch of oak. The attack on the palate is refined, full of freshness and smoothness. The mid-palate is persistent, and the wine stretches out on the finish, structured by a very fine balance of ripeness and tannins that have already integrated elegantly.
This Dragon de Quintus is a great success for the estate, and its flame will not fade any time soon.
