The family company Domaine Clarence Dillon is proud to return as the official wine partner of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. For the fourth consecutive year, the prestigious family-owned company will exclusively pour exceptional wines at the 98th Oscars® ceremony, bridging the world of fine wine and film in a partnership that elevates the Oscars® experience for Hollywood’s biggest stars.
Château Quintus takes the stage
This year, a special spotlight will be placed on the wines of Château Quintus. Le Dragon de Quintus 2020 will be served at the Nominees Dinners in the days leading up to the ceremony, as well as in the Winners Lobby, the highly exclusive room where recipients gather immediately after receiving their Oscar®. Le Dragon de Quintus will also be featured at the prestigious Governors Ball.

The gateway to Château Quintus, Le Dragon de Quintus is crafted from a blend of Saint-Émilion’s finest terroirs. A beautiful dark wine with fruit and vanilla-scented hints mingle with aromas of ripe black fruit. The first taste is supple and silky, with flavors of fruit combined with woody notes, making the wine very charming.
A long-standing relationship with cinema
Long before gracing the Oscars® red carpet, Domaine Clarence Dillon wines had already secured a distinguished role on the silver screen. From their memorable appearance in Billions showcasing Château Haut-Brion and Château La Mission Haut-Brion, to more recent features in Dexter: Resurrection, the Domaine’s wines continue to embody refinement and prestige in contemporary storytelling. They have since appeared in productions such as Étoile, Millers in marriage, Alto Knights, The Night Agent (Season 2), further reinforcing their natural affinity with the world of cinema.
